Alleycatz was founded in 2014 and has been proudly supplying and servicing the food and beverage industries since its inception. The business was predominantly built on the “door to door” sales of POS and restaurant stationary consumables, the company aimed to establish itself as a competitor in the Hospitality, Healthcare and Food Service Industries in South Africa. Due to the initial success within these industries, it was essential to expand and incorporate the sale of both cleaning and chemical materials. This expansion has led to growth in not only the restaurant industry, but many others such as:

Our product quality is maintained and ensured by establishing strong business relationships with ISO9001 and Authorised Inspection Authorities. We have established numerous supply chain relationships in order to ensure that we procure items and products from manufacturers who make us a priority due to volumes we provide. These relationships provide our customers with a singular port of call that ensures they receive products that meet their standards and requirements. Sourcing products from a number of suppliers has enabled us to manipulate the market and ensure we provide a service at a highly competitive price. The group of features and characteristics of a saleable good is determined by our clients, and we verify the capability of manufacturers to meet contract conditions and client requirements. We are in constant contact with the product quality and assurance departments of our manufacturers in order to monitor procured products for customer acceptability. It is essential to maintain this quality, in order to sustain our ability to fulfill and exceed our customers’ needs and expectations.
